Roy Turner opened a small office on Avenida Paris in 1970. He spoke three languages, knew every street, and shook hands the way people did back then — firmly, and meaning it. Three generations later, the Bas-Turner family and Frank still work from that same address. The languages grew to five. The knowledge deepened. The handshake stayed.

The heart of Crown Properties. Miguel grew up in the office Roy Turner founded in 1970. Five decades of Costa Blanca knowledge, fluent in the language of both bricks and people.
